Did a 1 gallon water change after testing.
I earlier reported that I spotted a dead juvenile shrimp. Since then... I am not so sure. I have since discovered numerous molts with yellow coloration. Upon further inspection, I realized these were not dead shrimp, just that the yellow coloring had passed to the molts, something I have not observed with my red shrimp in my other tank.
The Pothos has started to grow new leaves which is very cool. I am considering adding other house plants to the surface of this tank.
I also discovered at least one scud in my tank. As far as I can tell they are harmless and will probably become fish food, so I have decided to leave it be.
