Just like that the nitrate jumped back up. It seems to be having a positive effect on the plants, as I am seeing a lot near growth and existing foliage is looking healthier. Here is a gallery of all of the plants in the tank:
No water change this week. Planning on removing the old filter and switching to the new one next week. Will do some water changing then. Added on pump of APT-1 after testing.
